For the piano part, the C augmented (C+) chord has a C in the left hand bass and in the right hand is e-g#-c
For guitar there are several choices for C+:
X-3-2-1-1-0 (easy to get to from a C chord),    X-X-6-5-5-4
Or if you want the G# bass note try 4-3-2-1-1-X (a bit of a stretch)
